Our little baby turned 6 months old last week. It seems like just yesterday, we were bringing her home from the hospital. Before we know it, she will crawling and then walking! She is at such a fun age right now and we love every minute we get to spend with her. I will admit, the first couple months of Avery's life were extremely hard on both of us....the sleepless nights, the colicky crying, the seemingly end of our social life....but we have all adjusted now and we just can't imagine our life without that little angel.
Avery got to see two of her grandads this weekend- Pop Pop (my dad) and Papa T (Aaron's dad), as well as her uncle Colin (Aaron's 16 year old half -brother). We went to eat at Maudies Milagro on Saturday night with Pop Pop, Julie, Chris, Hunter and Carson. The food was great...I wish I could say the same for Avery. Since she refuses to take naps on the weekends, she is typically pretty fussy by dinnertime. We spent the entire dinner taking shifts walking her around the parking lot.
Aaron's dad and brother spent the afternoon with us on Sunday. We went to Trudy's for lunch and sure enough, spent the meal trying to pacify Avery......again! Despite all the crying, it was wonderful to see all our family this weekend and we appreciate them taking the trip down here!

How is she 6 months???? We loved getting to play with her last Saturday, and can't wait to see her again!
